Homebuyers looking for an active and growing master planned community offering a unique lifestyle are invited to the Vistancia Tour of Homes Harvest Celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., Oct. 26 at the 7,100-acre master planned community in Peoria. A family-friendly event, the Tour of Homes Harvest Celebration is free and open to the public.

The event gives new homebuyers an opportunity to tour the newest collection of distinctive builders including Gehan Homes, Mattamy Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison, T.W. Lewis by David Weekley Homes and Woodside Homes.
Fall-inspired savory and sweet food tastings will be available at each builder model location including petite bratwurst crostinis, roasted pork tenderloin sliders, and petite pretzel bites with beer mustard cheese dipping sauce and candy corn parfaits from Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia. Additionally, Angel Cakes Bakery of Phoenix will offer mini pumpkin spice macaroons and gingerbread pear muffins, both uniquely created for the Vistancia fall event.
The first 100 visitors who register for the Tour of Homes Harvest Celebration at the Vistancia Information Center will receive a free pumpkin. All guests can enter to win one of two raffle prize packages including tickets for six to the Halloween Fun Farm at Loop 101 and McDowell and a $50 gift certificate to Party City for creating the ultimate Halloween costume.
Daylight trick-or-treating with candy and Halloween trinkets will be offered at each builder model complex for kids. Adults and kids may also participate in no-carve pumpkin decorating set up at each builder, as well as a costume contest for all ages to be judged at the Vistancia Information Center. Winners for most creative and scariest costumes will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card for adults and a $10 Cold Stone Creamery gift card for children. Vistancia Creative Cheer, the community’s competitive cheerleading squad, will also be on hand assisting kids with pumpkin decorating activities.
